I have worked in both B2C and B2B sales, I was an award winning sales rep in the gym industry, timeshare industry and staffing industry.
I started my company when the Key Bridge collapsed in Maryland. I was a top seller at the time for a major staffing company. Unfortunately, our commutes tripled over night and I needed to be home to help with my family instead of being stuck in 90 minutes of traffic.
I had already been consulting on the side, so I decided to start my own company.
Within a couple months I had clients in Maryland, Texas, North Carolina and Missouri.

Before we do anything (this includes spending extra money on marketing), we need to create a strategy.
A sales strategy consist of who your target audience is, where they are located and how to get in front of them. Marketing is great but it takes time for it to work. My job is to make you money now.
Unless you have a sales team, you are the sales person for your company. Having a strategy without the skills to implement is a waste of time. We will work on the fundamentals of selling so you can be confident and execute on your strategy.
If you already know how to sell, GREAT. We will hone those skills even more.
Most people struggle with accountability in their day to day. This is the most important part of my program. During our weekly meetings, we will figure out which tasks need to be completed to achieve your goals and I will...you guessed it...hold you accountable.
Each week we will evaluate your performance. Nothing will hold you accountable like someone calling you out on excuses.

No. Sales is never easy. I cannot control if someone wants your product or service. You still have to put in the work. You will need to prospect, call, go to meetings, go to events, send DM's and sell these people. My job is to show you where these people are so you can sell them (hopefully) and make more money. If you need help selling, my long term coaching can help with that.

Absolutely. Just like any endeavor, you need a plan. The biggest mistake business owners make is they jump in without a sales strategy and then are trying to play catch up. Don't be that person.
From zero to 30+ years. Everyone needs a sales strategy. I have supported brand new business owners and business owners that have been opened for 15+ years. Sales is sales.
I worked in restaurants for 15 years, sold timeshare in Hawaii (number one seller in 2019), sold cars, sold gym memberships (promoted to assistant sales manager) and sold staffing (contest and million dollar club winner). I have sold the hardest of things in both B2C AND B2B.

No. I help create you a strategy which you are responsible for implementing. I am not responsible for any outcome. This also includes any refunds from YOUR customer. If I help you land more clients, but they want a refund...that does not reflect on me at all. Know this in advance.
