About
Bobby isn’t your average sales & marketing consultant. With a degree in theatre and years of stand-up comedy under his belt, he brings energy, creativity, and real-world grit to every room he walks into. In fact, theatre and stand up are one of the many reasons he found a successful career in sales.
After moving back to the mainland from Hawaii, Bobby transitioned into consulting—helping businesses grow through smarter sales & marketing strategies. When the Key Bridge collapsed, he went all in, offering sales training and consulting full-time. His clients range from small Maryland-based companies to AI startups in the Midwest.
Bobby’s passion for workforce development began during his career in staffing, where he saw firsthand the gaps between young talent and workforce expectations. While volunteering for mock interviews at a local high school, he noticed students facing the same struggles with job readiness and interviewing skills. He began posting advice online, and his content quickly went viral on TikTok and Instagram. Now, Bobby’s mission is simple: help the next generation get job-ready with confidence and clarity.
