About
Bobby Romadka made a career in both sales and in the staffing industry. Sales taught him how to sell himself; while staffing taught him what goes into a great interview.It was the combination of these two elements that has made Bobby uniquely qualified to be a career coach.By why teenagers?In early 2025, Bobby volunteered to conduct mock interviews at a local high school. During this time, he realized he was giving the same interview advice to juniors and seniors over and over. It was then that he decided to make some social media content, hoping a few people would see it.Within a few weeks, Bobby's videos went viral on Instagram and TikTok — and they haven’t stopped.
Bobby's videos have been watched by teenagers, parents and employers from around the world. He consistently gets comments or DMs asking for advice and then receives follow up messages noting how his advice increased someone's confidence, helped them nail an interview or helped them get the job.Eventually, parents seeked out Bobby for one on one career coaching for their child, which is now the focus of Bobby's program.Bobby's sole mission is to help teenagers and young adults prepare for their next journey by giving them the tools necessary so they can be confident and less anxious.Due to Bobby's expertise, he has given keynote presentations to The Baltimore County Public School Career Transition Department; as well as, students who are on a career path for work or college. Bobby has also been on Maryland's number one podcast, "The Baltimorons" providing his insight on teenager workforce development.
